• The type of cleaning, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, how often you’d like cleaning and your preferred date
• Any notes you choose to add
• Your agreement that we may contact you about your request

We don’t ask for payment card details on this website. Payment is arranged directly with our team after your booking is confirmed.

The “Ask Fresh Haven” assistant on this site runs entirely in your browser and answers from information already on the page. What you type into it isn’t sent to us or to anyone else, and the conversation is cleared when you close or reload the page.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working. This website doesn’t set cookies and doesn’t use analytics, advertising or other tracking tools.

• Our database provider, which stores quote requests securely (Supabase, in the United States)
• Our email delivery provider, which sends our team an email alert with the details of each new request (Resend). We receive these alerts in our team’s Gmail inbox, so a copy of your request is also stored with Google.
• Our website hosting provider

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

We keep your request for as long as we need it to respond, provide our services and keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Quote requests are stored in a database that can’t be accessed from the public website. Access is limited to our team and to the service providers listed above, only as needed to store, deliver and protect your information. We take reasonable steps to keep it safe, but no method of storing or sending information online is completely secure.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to stop contacting you. To make a request, use the contact details below.
